Fangus ili Tubrekoloza ??? POTREBNO 2 MISLJENE

Kako da pocnem pricu koja je skorz UVRNUTA da posle 23 dana nemam i dalje dijagnozu ...

Pre neki 2 mesec dana deslio se da sam imao blolove u levom ramenu pozadi plecke ... i to se polvacilo svremena na vreme popije lek za bolove i gotovo ...
pri to da sam poce da imam bol u levo plucnom krilu od napred skorz gore ... u radili su 5 x ray i CT i ustanovili su da imam ...

" Pattient had CXR wich showd 2 soft tissue mass i left upper lobe - spicualate measuring 2.6 x 2.4 cm and smaller pleural - based nodule maesuress 1.6 x 1.4 . LAD in teh per vacular spece lagest 2.5 x 2.6 cm. multipe small nodules scatterer in the lung no liver , bone or adrenal lesions/masses. This raised the conern tor infectious ( Fungal / TB ) vs non infectiouse ( granulomatous / malifnancy ) etiology. Exam was completely unremarkable. PDD positive test 18 mm . AFB sputum x 3 negative . Sputum Cx for dungus in process . Urine Histo Ag in process , Coccidiomycaosis serology was sent . "

Posle toga naravno ide Bronhoskopija

Adddendum no Fungal Element were indetified on gms stain.

POSEDNJI REZULTATI :

Bronchoscopy was negative for any specific pathology , and dungal testing has beed negative .

-Laten TB
-Possible active tb infection , considering the findings of CT scan : Possible inflammatory reaction around the nodules . Aslo the pleuretic caest oaun indicates possible peluretic inflammation.

Naravo sve je negativno svi moguci testovi ... sem sto su poslali na kuturu to se ceka 6 nedelja ...E sad Plan je sledeci

Trerirace kao aktivnu tuberlolozu narednih 2 meseca 4 leka dok nedobiju potvrdu sa kluture dal je pozitivna ili negativan na TB . Ako je negativna tretiracu kao uspavanu tuberkolozu narednih 2 meseca sa 2 leka . Ako je klutura pozitivan na fangus ili drugu infekciju prestaju sa lekovima za tuberkolozu .

poceo sam da pre lekove pre 2 dana ... koliko je protrebo da se vide poboljsanja i nestanu sinptomi ?
Ja i dalje imam boleve u levoj pleci i ledjima i jako testo disem isto tako imam problem kad legnem na ledja bol i otzano disanje.
