Moj rođak zivi u UK i ima neko kozno oboljenje bio je kod dermatologa ali terapija nema nekih uspeha.Saljem vam hronoloski tok obolenja i molio bih vas za misljenje i savet ako je potrebno da se dodje u Beograd na dodatna ispitivanja i lecenje(gde).Unapred hvala!


Aug 05: sticky discharge from eyes/watery eyes – diagnosis allergic reaction to shampoo.

Jan 06: Rash over both eyes – Diagnosis herpes viral infection: prescribed Aciclovir tablets & cream. (anti virals)
Jan 06: suspected psoriasis/eczema all over body – prescribed Betnovate & Dovonex not effective also stated using Hydromol moisturiser

Mar 06 referred to Dermatologist prescribed Dermovate cream

Jun 06 course of steroids cleared symptoms

Aug 06 patch tested - no reaction
Aug 06 skin around forehead and eyes becomes very dry and flakes

Nov 06 start UVB light treatment

Dec 06 course steroids cleared symptoms

Mar 07 general improvement with skin peeling on face only

Apr 07 Viral infection over one eye – prescribed aciclovir



General symtoms:

Feel ok, sometimes feel faces swells eyes become puffy and then skin flakes off, can also feel sore around eyes and mouth, skin goes red and feels warm next day skin peels off. My eyes tend to always be running of have a sticky discharge.
Skin peeling is cyclic every few days peel I use Dermovate (0.05%) for my body, hydrocortisone (1%) for my neck/forehead & Efcortelan ointment (2.5%) for around my eyes.
I’ve been allergy tested for chocolate, chicken, fish, nuts, eggs, house dust and other than house dust its all been negative, the Dermotologist says I have a high T cell count so i’m reacting to something but I don’t know what.
