Svojevremeno mi je dijagnozirana intestinalna Kandida zbog koje sam prestala da jedem šećer, kvasac, pečurke, mleko...
Nakon toga je utvrđeno i da sam alergična na gluten, odnosno ne smem jesti pšenične, ječmene ili ražane proizvode (dakle, ništa na ulici), većinu sosova, sirće, prašak za pecivo, griz, gustin i sl.
Ima li neko ideju kako da sastavim jelovnik a da se ne bazira samo na mesu ili povrću? Nisam neki ljubitelj mesa a od povrća gubim kilažu. Navikla sam na testenine i italijansku kuhinju i to mi sada veoma fali!
Ako neko zna gde u Beogradu mogu da se kupe bezglutenski proizvodi (a da nisu ona nesretna brašna već gotovi proizvodi) molim da javi...
