Hi, i don't talk your language, so i will write in english. I hope you will understand.

I was masturbating yesterday and after that i noticed a dark red spot almost on the top of my penis skin (outside). When the skin is in normal place the spot is really small and darker colour. When i stretch it i get a red spot or elipse big about 3x3 mm. I am 18 years old and didn't have sex yet so i think it couldn't be a sexual disease and i am living fairly healthy. What could this be? I hope it is not a cancer or something like that. Did anyone had the same problem as me?

Hello i do not think that there is any probability of acquiring any STD in absence of sexual activity.And you should not think that you have any form of genital cancer because penis cancer is usually associated with chronic balanitis(frequent in China ,bacause of high percent of phimosis among male population) and with genital warts induced by Humane papilloma virus(especially oncogenic types).

Oh ok, becouse i am really scared of this . What could it be than? I think this is the first time it happened. Is it maybe going to be a mark? I can upload pictures if it would help to solve this problem.
